  How to do Ardhpavamuktasana

Mode of Ardhapavanmuktasana: -




First lie down on the pedestal
1) Fold the right leg through the knee and lock both hands tightly under the knee, now while exhaling, put the right knee in the chest and nose up the knee with the neck up and stop breathing for a few seconds. While exhaling, straighten the right leg.
2) Fold the left leg from the knee and lock both hands tightly under the knee, now while exhaling, put the left knee on the chest and raise the neck up and kneel the knee and stop breathing for a few seconds. While exhaling, straighten the left leg.

3) Take both feet from the knee and lock both hands together and hold both knees tightly and while exhaling for a long time, put both knees from the chest and put the neck up and nose between the knees.
